Privacy Policy
Last updated October 26, 2026
This policy explains what information Unsnooze (the app and this website) collects, why we collect it and what choices you have. Unsnooze is made by Kairo ("we"), and we're responsible for your information.
Everything you set up in the app stays on your iPhone. That includes your alarms, sounds (including your recordings and imported audio), challenge history, streaks, stats, settings and the signature you draw during setup. We can't see any of it, and deleting the app deletes it.
To learn how the app is used, we use Google Firebase Analytics. It shows us things like which challenges are popular and where people get stuck during setup. It records actions in the app (such as "alarm created" or "challenge completed"), your answers to the setup quiz and basic device details: model, iOS version, app version and country. It never records alarm names or anything you type.
To find and fix crashes, we use Google Firebase Crashlytics. When the app crashes, it sends a report with technical details about the crash, your device model, iOS version and app version, the screen you were on, whether you're subscribed, how many alarms you have and an anonymous ID for your copy of the app.
If you contact us through the form on this website, we get your email address, your message and any device details you choose to include. We use them only to reply to you. Our email service, Resend, delivers your message to us.
We use this information only to run the app, understand how it's used, fix bugs and reply to you. Privacy laws like the GDPR require a legal reason for this. Ours are that you asked to use the app, and that we have a legitimate interest in keeping it working and making it better.
We never sell your information. We share it only with the companies named above (Google and Resend), and only so they can do this work for us. We may also share it if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or others.
Data on your iPhone stays there until you delete it or the app. Google keeps analytics and crash data for a limited time, then deletes it. We keep your messages only as long as we need them to help you.
Google and Resend may process your information in the United States or other countries. When they do, it's protected by their privacy commitments and by the safeguards the law requires.
Depending on where you live (for example, the EU, the UK or California), you can ask to see, correct or delete your information, get a copy of it, or have us stop or limit how we use it. Since there are no accounts, most of what we have isn't linked to your name, but email us and we'll help however we can. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Unsnooze isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
